DAY 20--AT SEA STILL OFF BAJA CALIFORNIA

Sadly, this is the last day of the first segment of our cruise.  We should be alongside at Pier 92 in the Port of Los Angeles by 7:00 tomorrow morning.  All but 17 of us will be disembarking the ship and heading back to their homes.  So we will be seeing 733 new faces by tomorrow evening including our friends, Jane VanHarlingen and Melissa McRoberts.  The ship is completely sold out for the LA to Miami segment of 16 nights.
So most folks are packing bags today and will be enjoying their "Last Supper" on the ship tonight.  Today it is overcast skies and 59 cool degrees in the morning becoming mostly sunny and 61 in the afternoon.  For the first time we are feeling the ship acting like a ship and not a hotel.  It is moving about some but still not that bad.  We still went to the gym for our usual morning workout.

What We Did Last Night:
Martinis in the Mariner Lounge before dinner in Compass Rose restaurant.
This is Karolina the head bartender.  Very lovely lady.
                                                                          Escargot
                                                            Beef Wellington was excellent.
Here are some photos of the show.  You can click on them to make them larger if you like.  I took more but the auto focus on my Cannon camera stopped working.  I need to get a new one but waiting on technology to improve more and prices to come down.  The camera on my Samsung cell phone takes excellent photos so no rush.  My cell phone locked up yesterday morning so thought I was going to have to take a taxi to an AT&T store tomorrow to get a new one.  I took it down to the internet manager to see if he could get it running again.  He did!!!

What We Did Today:
I had a very healthy lunch up in Prime 7.  This is grilled tilapia on black beans.  This afternoon Rebecca is reading again and I am filling out my cruise comment card.  Then I plan to read the newspaper, Dallas Morning News, that they download and print for us daily.  After that maybe a movie on tv.  There is a large selection of movies for us to select from.
This evening it's looking like we will dine in Sette Mari, the Italian restaurant, instead of Compass Rose.  Show tonight is featuring the piano player, Jason Black, for his second show.  Tonight we set our clocks back an hour so will get an extra hour of sleep.
This is the T-shirt I wore today.  I could have sold a thousand of these.
